Granemore Group was awarded a 16,000 Premise build as part of the Virgin Media, Project Lightning rollout. The Project was based in Leicestershire covering 9 areas which comprised of Towns and Villages in the northern part of the County.

A challenging Programme was issued and required a special focus on public liaison to ensure a smooth and successful delivery. We also effectively engaged early with the Local Authority to ensure we could manage their expectations.

The Project consisted of a 167km dig as well as an additional 40km trunk works to link all the communities together. The Project was successful and delivered a great Customer, Public and Local Authority experience.
